Warranty: Lube-Store warrants only to it's customers, unless otherwise stated, that products are free from defects in workmanship and/or materials for 12 months, from the date of sale by Lube-Store. In order to claim credit for an exchange our customers must get prior approval. We will not accept claims for products, if the product was disassembled or used for materials not suited for such products, due to abuse, misuse and/or lack of maintenance. Failure to follow operating instructions or stated operating requirements would also void this warranty. This warranty does not cover failure of parts or components due to normal wear and tear, damage, or failures, which in judgement of Lube-Store arise, from misuse, abrasion, corrosion, negligence, accidental damage, faulty installation or tampering. If the Lube-Store inspection discloses none of the above, repair and return will be made at customers expense. Lube-Store has made a dilligent effort to accurately illustrate and describe it's products. However such illustrations and descriptions are not a warranty.

This warranty is in lieu of and excludes all other warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Lube-Store does not accept liability for consequential or incidental damages. This warranty only applies to the purchase price of the Lube-Store product.

1. Pneumatic Pumps - Warranty of 5 (five) years The warranty is void if pumps have disassembled used for fluids other than stated in data sheets. Pumps are warrantied against defects in workmanship or materials under normal use, any pump which is determined defective in material and workmanship returned to Lube-Store, will be repaired or replaced at Lube-Store's option.

2. Diaphragm Pumps - Warrenty of 5 (five) years Pumps are warrantied against defects in material or workmanship under normal use. Any pump which is determined defective will be repaired or replaced at Lube-Store's option.

3. TRUE BLUE Extended Warranty - Covers TRUE BLUE Pneumatic Pumps, Diaphragm Pumps, Hose Reels and Fuel Pumps. These warranty conditions are as listed above with the exception of 10 (tem) years on TRUE BLUE pumps and 2 (two) years on TRUE BLUE hose reels and fuel pumps.

Damages To Merchandise In Transit: Lube-Store utilizes the most effective packing methods for our shipments. If the merchandise arrives damaged at the shipping destination shown on our original packing list (pick note), the customer must report the damages to the freight company responsible for the delivery immediately upon receipt of goods. Since claims can only be filed within 3 (three) days of delivery with the carrier, we will not accept damages at a later date.

Freight Policy: We ship all orders F.O.B. Elgin, IL. Freight will be added to the invoice.

Credit Cards: We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover Cards. Secure payments can be made through PayPal.

Returns: Our sales are final. No mechandise will be returned without prior approval of Lube-Store. You must request an RGA for any returns. See our detailed instructions for an RGA. Returns will be for Lube-Store credit only! Unauthorized returns will be refused. The customer must initiate the return shipment with our approval. The shipping cost to return such product will be paid by the customer. All items returned must be clean and free of contamination. We reserve the right to charge for any decontamination or disposal based on EPA rules and regulations. Upon inspection, defective mechandise, based on our decision, will be either repaired, returned or exchanged. If the damage is not covered by our warranty, we will call and give an estimated cost for the repair and seek your approval for such repair. Return charges will be billed to the customer.

Stock Adjustments: We do not accept returns or unused products.
